Her weekly entries about acting, auditioning and generally getting your sh*t together is wonderful.
Bonnie is very friendly, helpful and patient in her step by step explanations (on many confusing subjects such as headshots, demo reels and dayjobs).

This is an amazing blog. I started reading while looking for information to prepare for my move to LA. I planned to read just a few of the most recent posts but then I ran out of "Previous Article" buttons. Very inspiring and a great demystifier, anyone who is interested in becoming an actor or just learning more about the entertainment business should give this a read!

A treasure-trove of information in a weekly column designed to help the novice, as well as the pro, navigate the business of Hollywood with grace, flair and fun. Bonnie's column is a "must-read" for anyone who really wants to make it in this business!!

Bonnie is so generous in the information that she shares, she is just a goldmine of info. She covers everything an actor would need to know, and then some. The archives of her column are really well-organized too, so you can go back and find older articles that are very helpful. And Bonnie herself is great about linking to earlier times that she's covered a topic, so you see her past feedback on it. She's wonderfully wise, the savvy actor will seek out her words and learn from them. (And reading Bonnie's writing & taking it in MAKES actors more savvy!!!)

Reading Bonnie's weekly column is a MUST-DO for actors of all levels. I've been casting film and television for over 30 years and even I learn something each week! It's like "must-see TV", or "appointment television". Grab a cup of coffee each Monday morning, sit down and get informed. You could also get lost down the rabbit hole by going through the years and years of archives. Ask any question, it'll be answered in spades in her column. Also check out her book "Self Management for Actors" - a veritable treasure trove of useful information.
