Carolyne is a ruff-n-tuff lady who will whip your commercial career into shape! Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable about the entertainment business, she honestly and truly cares about your growth as an actor! Hands down, one of the best in LA!!!

As a beginning actor, the fact that Carolyne took the time to guide me and counsel me with my classes and future, was so appreciated. I have a clearer picture of what I must do and how to go about doing it.

Carolyne is a gifted teacher, and that is an understatement! I'm so glad I found a teacher who could really give me valuable feedback and guide me to being a more effective actor. She's tough, but only in the greatest way!!

I have learned so much from Carolyne's class. She provides very specific critiques that help bring out the best performance in an actor. I have learned what bad habits I may have formed and how to let them go. What I have learned in her class has not only improved my acting, but other areas of my life as well. I highly recommend her class!

THIS LADY KNOWS WHAT SHE's TALKING ABOUT!!
not only is she an inspirational actor and casting director but an amazing, strong woman. She is caring but knows EXACTLY what notes you need to improve constantly, after every single class I feel like I've learned so much. Be open and ready for notes though, no one is going to sugar coat it, but she knows actors are sensitive, she genuinely wants to help people improve.

I love Carolyne's commercial acting class and it defifnitely took my work to a higher level. She is incredibly supportive and inspiring, and knows this genre better than anyone. I highly recommend working with Carolyne, you will gain tons of confidence.

Carolyne Barry is awesome! I would definitely recommend her workshops to everybody I care about. And the acting teachers that are with her are incredibly good in teaching the craft of acting and motivating their students!
Carolyne, stay in the business as long as you can, you are an enrichment to Hollywood!!!

I started my career in commercials and swear by Carolyne's teachings to this day, 17 years later!
She definitely has the teaching GIFT! Truly priceless the amount of care, specificity and great information and coaching an actor receives. She is the BEST!!

Best Commercial class in LA. Everything is on camera, she has you review your tapes each week so that you can see your habits and mark your progress. Her notes are simple and specific. Her Meisner and scene study teacher Josh Biton is amazing. Carolyne and her teachers are demanding, professional, direct, and bring the best out of you.

I LOVE Carolyne's commercial workshops. I recently booked a Toyota commercial-- and I swear it was thanks to the training Carolyne gave me. She's a tough cookie, and she will "tell it like it is" but that is the absolute best way to learn and improve!
